my little pistol {love him so}

so i was folding laundry in my room...a job that as we all know never, ever stops....and the kids were coloring in Katie's room. after about ten minutes it gets really, really quiet which in "mommyland" means TROUBLE.

i find Katie and she is contentedly where i left here...coloring. i find robby and he is well, doing a science experiment/art project on static electricity/styrofoam sculptures. his materials were the styrofoam container that my Waterford Santa Cookie Jar sits in while in storage.

let me tell you, the pics do not paint what a mess this was...i am still finding little styrofoam balls everywhere and this event occured on December 14. however, i could not get mad at him and of course took pics before i started vacuuming floor, ceiling, and everywhere else in between (yes, static electricity loves styrofoam!)

he is the cutest little pistol i have ever met... check out his face; i did not ask him to smile---i quietly went to get the camera---got ready to take the shot and as i was taking the pic of him sitting on the floor he looked up---that glimmer in his eye. and then he got up and started to come for me--- that is the second pic...note the styrofoam trailing him-at this point as he walked the styrofoam was swirling through the air and trying to find another place to land. WHAT AN ADVENTURE.
