yesterday as i was cooking dinner, my two sweetheart boys were playing with their funkeys and the Fisher Price bus. It was an elaborate game with twists and turns such as the sun( the kitchen light over the table) would turn the funkeys to stone if they got to close and the aliens were waiting for the funkeys to come back home. Other props included my candle runner on the table- notice how two funkeys have been deposited upside down into two of the candle holders. These two funkeys were in jail--- THE HORROR!
anyhoo- it was quite joyous to listen to this play in the background and I just had to take a picture- these are the moments that I want to savor.

Super sweet! I've never heard of funkeys! Is that a turkey with all the pretty colored feathers?
