So here we are ladies---I made it! 9:37 PM here in my neck of the woods and my challenge is up and running.
So here it is...What object do you love in your house?
Of course there are about 100 or more things I could have picked for this challenge. As much as I love the Pottery Barn catalog, I could never have a house that looked like that because I live in such a hodge podge lodge. I am surrounded by chatsky that I just adore- my daughter has inherited this from me and recently found this little duck at a yard sale. Apparently it is from Italy and was hand painted. The duck floats around from place to place because it is Katie's figurine but I love it wherever it goes. My eye finds it and it gives me a smile. I always carry it back next to this little bowl of rocks I have by the front door. The rocks are from all over the place and make me happy too--- hodge podge lodge, remember?
Anyhoo- tell me about an object you love- just the first thing that pops in your head and then post- i love seeing your cards.
btw- katie calls this little guy a penguin but i just can't go there- it must be a duck!

Oh, does he have a company name on the bottom of him? He looks like these REALLY expensive figurines they sell in Italy but I can't remember the name....
